Project Overview

I have designed a Movie ticketing app to book movie tickets in advance based on movie Theater location. The app is mainly designed for people ages between 18 to 65 years who often watch Movies.

UX design process I followed to complete the project is empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test

My Role

As UI/UX  designer I have created Case Study by conducting research and interviews, paper and digital wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies, accounting for accessibility, and iterating on designs to prototype.

Problem

Working professionals who don’t have time and old people who love to watch movie but can not stand in ticketing line for long, want to skip ticketing line. They also need cinema information, show time and day so that they can easily plan and book movie show in advance.

Challenges

• How to make it easy to navigate through app?

• Look for way to easily get list of cinema Theaters and all cinema information

• How to provide easiest way to get digital receipts by email or in app itself.

Solution

Design an app that provides movie information and book movie tickets in advance based on movie Theater location so that people can skip ticketing line and save their time. For easier navigation use icons and easy to understand words .
